Privacy
The website uses no advertising or profiling. Enquiries sent through the form are transmitted to the SPRY backend and stored in Cloudflare D1 so they can be processed.
Data controller
SPRY is being incorporated. The data controller’s definitive legal details will be published before commercial launch. Until then, any privacy question or request may be sent to contact@spry.be.
Contact data
The form may record your name, email address, company, selected budget range, message, language, enquiry context and source page. A technical key is used only to prevent duplicate submissions; a hash of the email address helps limit abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used only to answer your enquiry and prepare possible pre-contractual steps requested by you. Technical security and abuse-prevention checks rely on the legitimate interest in protecting the form.
Client portal and CRM
When a project is created, the CRM may process client contact details, project information, conversations, approvals, support requests, quotes, pro forma documents, manual payments, subscriptions and shared files. This data is used only to perform and monitor the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.
The client portal is protected by a project number, a unique code and a secure session. The code is not stored in plain text. Private documents are stored in Cloudflare R2 and have no permanent public address.
Retention period
Each contact enquiry receives an expiry date and is automatically deleted no later than 365 days after submission. Client and project data is retained throughout the relationship and then only for the period required for follow-up, applicable obligations and legitimate legal claims. Expired sessions and revoked access are deleted automatically.
Hosting and access
Data is processed by a Cloudflare Workers backend and stored in Cloudflare D1 or R2. It is available only to people authorised to manage SPRY and technical providers required to operate the service. Administration is protected by Cloudflare Access and an additional identity check in the backend.
Analytics
The public website includes no advertising cookie or third-party browsing tracker. The CRM only calculates operational indicators from records actually stored in the system.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding your personal data by emailing contact@spry.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
